Alta Vista School Council Presents:
E-Waste Collection Day
Date: Saturday, June 10 – the day of the Awesome Alta Vista Garage Sale
Time: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Location: Alta Vista Public School, 1349 Randall Ave
In partnership with the Ontario Electronic Stewardship (OES), we will be collecting all types of old electronics such as: display devices, monitors and televisions, desktop computers, portable computers, computer peripherals, telephones, cell phones and pagers. These can be brought to the school parking lot and dropped in our bin.
Please note … we are staying open an hour later than the garage sales are scheduled to run – so if you are holding a garage sale, and you have some electronics that you were not able to sell, please come see us to get rid of them.
And the school gets some fundraising dollars based on the weight of items collected.
There is so much awesomeness in this collaboration – it is a win-win-win!
